The multiCLASS SE RP15 is a component of HID Global’s iCLASS SE platform, which provides adaptable and interoperable access control solutions. It is specifically designed for door applications requiring mullion-style mounting, a vertical installation typically used in narrow spaces. The multiCLASS SE RP15 supports various credential technologies, including high-frequency 13.56 MHz and low-frequency 125kHz, and is compatible with various form factors such as cards, fobs, and mobile devices. It can also be configured to support HID Mobile Access®.
In line with HID Global’s commitment to sustainability, the iCLASS SE platform readers, including the multiCLASS SE RP15, incorporate intelligent power management features that significantly reduce power consumption. This can result in energy savings of up to 59%. Additionally, selected models within the platform have obtained Environmental Product Declaration certification and Green Circle certification. These certifications contribute to LEED building credits and reflect the platform’s environmentally conscious design.
