The multiCLASS SE RP10 is an integral part of HID Global’s iCLASS SE platform, which offers adaptable and interoperable access control solutions. It is specifically designed for door applications that require a compact card reader. The multiCLASS SE RP10 supports a wide range of credential technologies, including high-frequency 13.56 MHz and low-frequency 125kHz, and can work with various form factors such as cards, fobs, and mobile devices. It can also be configured to support HID Mobile Access.
The iCLASS SE platform readers, including the multiCLASS SE RP10, incorporate intelligent power management features that significantly reduce power consumption. This can result in energy savings of up to 59%. Additionally, selected models within the platform have obtained Environmental Product Declaration certification and Green Circle certification. These certifications contribute to LEED building credits and reflect the platform’s environmentally conscious design.
